This site provide you a code snippet to put in your site. There is option to filter the ads for your needed. When someone loads the page and click the play button the audio will be played soon (no download required). The maximum file size of audio ads may be 66 Kb. Most of the car ads are only 15 Kb. They have a good referral program paying 5% of the earnings of your referrals.
